Welcome to Masha Connections, a Muslim matrimonial application powered by AI ("App") operated by Masha Connections ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Masha Connections, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Masha Connections. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Masha Connections. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are a Muslim seeking a matrimonial connection in accordance with Islamic principles.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to refuse or terminate your access to the App if we believe you do not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You may not create more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
4. Use of the App

Engage in any form of spamming, advertising, or solicitation.
Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks.
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the App for any purpose without our express written permission.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the App.
We reserve the right to monitor your use of the App and to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms.
5. AI-Powered Matching
The App uses AI-powered algorithms to suggest potential matches based on user profiles and preferences.
While we strive to provide accurate and relevant matches, we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any matches.
You acknowledge that the matching process is automated and that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any potential match.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the license granted in this section and that your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
7. Privacy

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the App.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We make no representations or warranties about the conduct of other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
